Custom Fabrication

Drilling
Using letter, number, metric & imperial drills, holes of any size can be drilled using of  our many drill presses, multi drills, hand drills, & C.N.C. drilling cycles. Spindle speeds & feed rates are calculated for each operation to ensure accurate holes & drilled at the optimum rate.

Tapping
We can create threaded holes to match any bolt size. Using special taps we can hold tight tolerances on blind holes. From hand tapping, drill press tapping to cnc tapping we can add threads with great accuracy to any hole.

Milling
Our CNC programs can mill various different shapes & sizes of material & extrusion into the parts that you need. Using several tool types & years of machining experience we can mill, pocket, bore & shape with ease.

Cutting
Using several different methods we are able to cut diverse shapes & sizes while holding tight tolerances for length. We have several chop saws, automatic saws, double miter saws, band saws, & cnc sawing capabilities.

Punching
Our punch press capacity includes 5ton to 20 ton presses as well as several hand presses for delicate work.

Bending
Bending of various degrees of curve are available. Smaller lighter material cab be bent by building a custom setup or our manual bending press. For larger bending needs we can produce parts through several other companies in the field.

Routering
We can provide precise routing services to produce accurate routed components for your product line.

Welding
Custom welding of almost every kind is available.

Brushing
Using standard brushing wheels, parts are manually brushed to remove surface scratches & add shine to the material. Several setups can be made to brush almost any shape. Different polish wheel grades are also available depending on the desired result.

Anodizing
Anodizing of aluminum produces an extremely durable finish & is available in a ranges of colors.

Assembly
We offer skilled personal to assemble part or all of your product, including packaging & shrink wrap.

Polishing
Polishing of parts can be done by hand or using a polishing wheel. Several different grades of polish are available depending on the desired end result.

Powder Coating
Parts can be painted or powder coated. Standard colors are available or custom colors can be created upon request.
